HOW TO MEASURE :
CHEST: Measure the fullest part of the chest, taking the tape from just under the shoulder blades, all around till both ends meet in the front, keeping one finger between tape and body.		Chest (Inches)

SHOULDER: Measure across the shoulder blade, starting from the center of where the shoulder meets one arm to the other		Shoulders (Inches)

ARMPIT: Measure around the armpit keeping one finger between the body and the tape.		Armpit (Inches)

FRONT NECK: Measure from the center of the base of the neck to the chest, keeping as low or high as you want for the front cut on the garment. (neck-cleavage measurement)		Front Neck (Inches)

BACK NECK: Indicate whether you prefer a low or high cut or indifferent.		Back Neck (Inches)

SLEEVE: After bending your arm slightly, measure from the center where your shoulder meets the arm, all the way to your wrist, keeping the tape on the outside of the arm.		Sleeve (Inches)

ARM: Measure from the fullest part of your arm above the elbow all around, keeping one finger between the tape and your body.		Arm (Inches)

WRIST: Measure from where you would wear a watch all around, keeping one finger between the tape and your body.		Wrist (Inches)

WAIST: Measure from the level you normally wear your pants/skirts, all around, making the two ends of the tape meet in the front, keeping one finger between the body and the tape.		Waist (Inches)

PANT LENGTH: Measure from where you normally wear your pants/skirts from till your heel. Indicate your height as well.		Pant Length (Inches)

CROTCH SEAM: Start measuring from the center of the back (the level where you wear your pants from) to the front waist (the level where you wear your pants from) to get an idea of the crotch seam.		Crotch Seam (Inches)

HIPS: Measure from the fullest part of your hips all around, till both ends meet in front, keeping one finger between the tape and your body.		Hips (Inches)

THIGHS: Measure from the fullest part of your hips all around, till both ends meet in front, keeping one finger between the tape and your body.		Thighs (Inches)

KNEES: Measure from the centre of your knees all around, till both ends meet in front, keeping one finger between the tape and your body.		Knees (Inches)

HEM: Measure from the fullest part of your ankle all around, till both ends meet in front, keeping one finger between the tape and your body.		Hem (Inches)
